Depression Programme

Learning about thinking traps will help individuals to identify their negative, unhelpful, or ‘hot thoughts’ so they can take action with alternative ways of thinking and helpful self-talk.

Depression and Anxiety Programme
This programme is for those who are looking to develop strategies to tackle unpleasant feelings of anxiety and depression, identify negative and anxious thoughts and how to take action against these, while understanding triggers and developing tools to minimise a relapse.
Participants will learn to motivate themselves to engage in enjoyable activities or ones that provide a sense of achievement. They will also learn key strategies to tackle the unpleasant physical feelings associated with depression and anxiety.
Insomnia and Sleep Issues Programme
Our Insomnia and Sleep Issues Programme is for those who are looking to improve quality and quantity of sleep, develop better sleeping habits, and understand and modify their sleep cycle.
By understating sleep routines and habits, individuals will be encouraged to develop good sleep habits (sleep hygiene) in order to maintain a healthy cycle in the future.
Tools like our sleep diary and sleep quiz will provide insight into each person’s unique needs and help create healthy bedtime routines with techniques like guided relaxation.
Generalised Anxiety Disorder Programme

Participants will be introduced to the Thoughts, Feelings, and Behaviours (TFB) cycle so they can better understand and identify the emotions associated with their feelings of panic.
Individuals will also learn the importance of lifestyle choices relating to their anxiety.
Phobia Programme
Our Phobia Programme is for those who are looking to gain tools to understand and manage their phobia(s) to alleviate their fears, develop healthy lifestyle choices, and incorporate relaxation practices into their lives.
Participants will develop an understanding of the relationship between their phobias and their mental health, while learning techniques to alleviate their anxiety including healthy lifestyle choices and relaxation practices.
Social Anxiety Programme
This programme is for those who are looking to develop tools to better manage their anxiety in social situations, learn the importance of lifestyle choices relating to anxiety, and those looking to alleviate their worry and fears.
Participants will walk away with tools and techniques to avoid a relapse by identifying warning signs, managing their triggers, and setting future goals. They will also be encouraged to build a support network so they can continue to think and feel better in the future.

OCD is one of the most common forms of anxiety, characterised by obsessive thoughts and compulsive behaviours. NICE recommends CBT with exposure-responsive therapy (NICE, 2005) to better manage OCD.
The OCD programme has been designed to relieve the symptoms of OCD by increasing awareness and understanding of emotions, obsessions, and compulsions, while focusing on developing more flexible ways of thinking.
Using CBT, Exposure Response Prevention (ERP), and mindfulness techniques, participants will learn to cope with anxiety-provoking situations.
