The integration enables the secure transfer of IAPT services’ patient data between the two systems reducing the amount of time spent on manual administration and reducing the risk of human error.
IAPT services are mandated to collect data and information to monitor the progress of their patients and the IAPT service. Previously IAPT care pathway data, including clinical outcome measures and patient contact notes, were collected in the SilverCloud Platform and then entered manually into the PCMIS patient portal, creating manual duplication and the potential for errors. Now all patient data received from SilverCloud is available for the clinician to import automatically into PCMIS. This includes the IAPT minimum dataset (MDS) and clinical notes, which are automatically imported with an import audit stamp.
